Surrey Adult Community Services
Our Adult Community Services have been available in Farnham, Surrey Heath, and North East Hampshire areas since April 2012, and we pride ourselves on providing a range of services, including community nursing and occupational therapy, among others.
We understand that every patient has different needs, and it is our goal to bring our services together to improve the experience for everyone. We are committed to investing in technology that will make the service more efficient while enhancing patients’ experiences.
