What does this service provide?
We understand how challenging it can be to cope with musculoskeletal conditions. That’s why our service is here to provide outpatient physiotherapy to help you manage your condition. Whether you’re dealing with joint and soft tissue conditions, orthopaedic trauma, or have undergone orthopaedic surgery, our caring team is here to support you. Additionally, our Pelvic Health specialist physiotherapist is here to offer personalised treatment to those with incontinence and pre or post-natal musculoskeletal disorders.
We accept referrals for anyone over the age of 5 years, who needs help with their acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Our team of physiotherapists is dedicated to providing evidence-based rehabilitation using a patient-centred approach. We understand that every patient is unique, and we work with you to create a tailored treatment plan. You can trust that our team has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and we are committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Our department is located in Farnham Hospital. We aim to be flexible with the appointment times we offer. We are open weekdays.

Appointments
We offer one-to-one physiotherapy sessions based on current principles of musculoskeletal rehabilitation
We base treatment interventions on your own goals and a detailed musculoskeletal assessment. Your initial appointment will last up to 45 minutes and follow up appointments usually last 30 minutes.
We aim to restore function, improve activity levels and independence. We provide hands on treatment and tailored exercise programmes. We provide information and advice to patients to enable them to understand and self-manage conditions.
We refer to local leisure centres for ongoing rehabilitation and signpost to support groups.
Referral information
We accept written referrals from GP services, hospital consultants and other allied health professionals with GP agreement.
If you feel a referral to our service would be appropriate, please contact your GP to discuss.
