What does this service offer?

We cover a vast geographical area and operate from Farnham Hospital, with clinics at Frimley Green, Fleet Medical Centre, Aldershot Centre for Health, and Yateley Medical Centre. We also offer house visits to bedridden and completely housebound patients through our Domiciliary service.

We specialise in assessing and treating patients with high-risk feet, offering a Foot Protection Service. If you are suffering from or at risk of Foot Ulceration caused by Diabetes or any other conditions, we will take care of you and often lead your care. We also provide Nail Surgery out of Aldershot Centre for Health for patients who are experiencing ingrowing toenails. These can be treated conservatively or through a minor operation under local anaesthetic.

Our MSK service assesses lower limb muscles and joints, performs gait analysis, and diagnoses foot problems that can result in injuries, pain, and dysfunction. These assessments allow our clinicians to offer appropriate treatment plans, which often involve education, stretching/strengthening regimes, and orthoses.

You can access our service via self-refer, or alternatively you can discuss a referral with your GP.

If you are concerned you may be suffering with a foot ulceration, it is imperative you obtain an appointment with our service as soon as possible.
