What does this service offer?

We provide a comprehensive consultant assessment service exclusively for older patients. Our service is designed to diagnose and treat any conditions you may have, and work closely with your GP and other local community services to provide you with the best possible care.

Once your GP has referred you to us, our diagnostic and treatment staff will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment. The appointment will depend on your individual needs, and your clinician will explain the process in more detail.

Your assessment will involve an examination, so please wear loose clothing to your appointment. Additionally, if possible, bring a urine sample with you. If any investigations are required, we will schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss your results at the diagnostic and treatment centre.
